We often get calls for service because hot tubs aren’t heating up. Before calling for service there are a couple things to do first.
- Check your water level. Make sure you hot tub water level is where it needs to be to allow proper flow of water
- Check you filter – a dirty filter slows the water flow which compromises the heater’s ability to come on
- Remove your filters entirely and see if the tub starts to heat
- Check you keypad to see if the heater icon is on
Once you have done this and it still isn’t heating, call for service
