Knapp’s Pools & Hot Tubs Inc. is a privately owned family business.
We have been in operation for a number of years serving Kingston and surrounding area. We chose to get into the pool and hot tub business after first being a consumer of both a fiberglass pool and a hot tub. An opportunity to become a dealer of fiberglass pools came up when Dolphin Fiberglass Pools Canada began to manufacture beautiful fiberglass pools, just up the road in Trenton, Ontario.
John and Lori Knapp are the sole owners of Knapp’s Pools & Hot Tubs Inc. working with their family members who assist them in coordinating and installing beautiful pools and hot tubs. Whether it’s an inground pool or the perfect hot tub, you can count on a friendly smile and a no pressure approach upon meeting any member of the Knapp team. Knapp’s Pools & Hot Tubs Inc. believe that their products sell themselves and they are simply the conduit to help you build that perfect backyard where you can relax and enjoy you own personal oasis!
Complementing their pools/hot tubs they offer on site water testing and provide a complete line of Dazzle Water Care products. Not only is this convenient to you, the customer, it allows Knapp’s to see the water they are testing. They also work with you as a new owner on how to care for your water so that you have beautiful, pristine, healthy water all the time.
