What does customer service mean to you?
I made a purchase in August of some accounting software. I had a problem with the software and called the company where I purchased it. I was told that in order to help me I would need to purchase the latest version of the software and their maintenance program. Okay just a minute, I purchased this 6 months ago and they now want me to upgrade!! This is crazy? Any products I sell I support. Period!
I will now be looking at using a new software program for my bookkeeping.
Buyer beware, you need to ensure you order from a company who will stand behind their products and provide the best support they can. A company that will advocate on your behalf and who ‘gets’ customer service’ and what that entails.
