Have leaves and debris in the bottom of your pool? The best way to remove them is to use a Leaf Shovel.
These have an angle bottom that pushes the leaf upwards slightly and then into a long net. You can use this on the top and bottom of the pool.
Many people try to use a leaf skimmer and this net 
is solely for the leaves and debris floating on the top of the water.
