Our pool seasoning is now upon us and I thought I would post about pool colour selection.
I get asked almost everytime I do a quote “what colour do you like best”. Yes, I have a personal preference however that may not be your particular preference.
Think about a few things:
- What do you want your water to look like?
- Do you want multi coloured lighting?
- Maintenance?
- Ambiance?
The white pools offer a very aqua coloured water. You see the water first – not the pool. 
The coloured pools don’t show off the multi coloured lights as well. When you have a coloured pool you can simply select white lighting.
White pools show a bit more dirt. When I say a bit that is totally true. All pools will show debris however the white tends to be more noticable
As far as ambiance. Do you want to accentuate other points in your backyard such as landscaping, decking etc. You can select a pool that will either be a focal point or become part of the landscape. 
These are all points to think about when deciding upon what colour is the right colour for you. Rememeber everyone has different tastes and it’s important to select the colour that works best for your vision of your personal paridise.
