Spent the day around the pool in the Florida sunshine. It was such a relaxing day. Spent hours in the pool.
It confirmed for me how important it is to have a pool at home to get the most benefit out of the summer months. So much ambiance and the feeling of tranquility. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow.
