I was reminded today about how precious life is. We spend so much of our life on this earth, self hating, wanting to be like someone else instead of loving and celebrating the wonderful person we are. If you don’t like yourself on the inside, change! It’s that simple.
It’s really not about beauty on the outside but beauty on the inside. If we were to spend a minute each day, looking ourself in the mirror and saying? Wow, you have beautiful eyes. You are a very gentle, kind person. You love with everything you have. If we simply talk to ourselves about the good parts of us, I believe we will find there are many good qualities and reasons to love ourselves.
Take some time to tell yourself how special you are. Be good to yourself and others.
