How often should you clean your filter in your hot tub? We get this question all the time. Most often when we ask clients the last time they cleaned the filter and they look sheepish. When they don’t remember you know it’s been too long.
I would recommend that you rinse your filter bi-weekly and give it a good soak in our Dazzle Filter Cleanse product monthly. 
Think about the role that the filter plays? It is the determining factor on clean or cloudy water. A dirty filter can and often does inhibit the flow of water which can send an error message to your keypad saying FL or FLO meaning a flow error.
I get calls all the time about hot tub not heating and often it is simply because the flow sensor is not sensing enough flow of water to allow the heater to come on.
