Space – you want to ensure you have good sitelines to your pool as this adds a completely different feel to your backyard. Plus you will use the pool more often. You also want to allow yourself space for an adequate deck around the pool and of course some green space.
Access to Property – the equipment required to build your pool is important as it will determine what kind of pool you can get otherwise it can add to the budget more. Removal of soil is also a factor ie. whether it can be redistributed on your property or whether it has to be trucked away.
Company Confidence – you will own your pool for a number of years. Make sure you like the people you are dealing with.
Quality – there are a crazy amount of pool qualities available. Check your warranty. Check how it’s put together, check the manufacturer out
Feeling – this is the atmosphere that a pool brings to your space. It literally brings a whole different level to you enjoyment of your outdoor living space. Pools today can have changing light shows, waterfalls etc which add a whole lot of atmosphere whether you are sitting around the pool or enjoying it.
